Returns and Exchange

When shopping through Betterfelt North America's online shop, you have 30 day to return or exchange the goods from the day you receive them. Meaning you can receive the package, unpack the items and see if they are as expected and fit.

 

How to Return and Exchange

To make a return or exchange we ask that the goods are returned in the same condition as when they were received. This means that the goods must be unused and in original packaging. It is not required that the packaging is unbroken.

Please send an e-mail to info@betterfelt.com and include your order number so we can identify your order. We will then send you a return form to fill in and include with your items.

Betterfelt North America recommends that the product is returned with a shipping option that provides tracking codes. By doing this any doubt is removed whether the goods have been delivered to Betterfelt or not, and you have the opportunity to track the package if we did not receive them.
 

Note

The cost of returning the goods to Betterfelt North America is the customer's own expense but we will refund the original shipping in the case of a refund. In the case of an exchange, we will pay for the handling in and out and shipping out of the replacement pair. 

 

Returns - money back

When Betterfelt North America receives the returned items, the cost of the purchase and the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase get refunded. The shipping fee is not refundable if the original order consists of multiple items and only some of the items are returned.

When Betterfelt North America has received the returned item, you get an email confirming this. The email provides information of the subsequent process, and when you can expect to get your money refunded.

Expect a processing time up to 7 days on return packages, as all goods returned are checked systematically. The cost of the purchase is refunded to your account within a few days and latest 30 days after Betterfelt Noth America has received and accepted the returned goods.

If you have paid by bank transfer when making the purchase, you must provide us with the registration number and account number for the account you want us to transfer the amount to.

When Betterfelt North America has processed the return and the amount is transferred to your account, we will send a credit note to your email.

  

Exchange

If the product is not as expected or you have ordered the wrong size, you can choose to exchange it. To facilitate the procedure, you must return the product and a copy of the relevant invoice and then order a new product through our online shop.

 

The First Product Purchased

The New Product

When Betterfelt North America receives your new order, you get a new order confirmation sent to your email and your order is treated as a new purchase.

The warranty period of the new product is valid from the date you receive it.

 

Note

The cost of returning the goods to Betterfelt North America is the customer's own expense. The package is rejected by Betterfelt North America if it is returned as COD (cash on delivery) or without postage or with no distribution.

The Right of Exchange does not apply to custom made products.
